CURRENT POLICIES
New legislation governing Education and Care Services in Australia came into effect on 1 January 2012. So, in response to this, the Westgarth Kindergarten Committee of Management endorsed a full suite of new kindergarten policies developed in accordance with the legislative requirements and published them in the same year. Westgarth Kindergarten’s policies have been developed collaboratively with input from staff, parents, committee members and early childhood professionals and are scheduled for periodic review. Should you wish to see it, the Kinder Policy Manual is available for viewing at the kindergarten at any time.
